Terms & Conditions

1. WebAspect Limited will set up a web site using the information provided in the form above.
2. The web site will initially be created so that it is visible on the Internet from the agreed sub-domain (www.sitename.webaspect.net).
3. WebAspect Limited is not responsible for the content on the web site, nor for making web site updates. The content belongs to and is the responsibility of the web site owner.
4. WebAspect Limited makes available their own Web Master tool for you to be able to maintain the content yourself. Any additional web site design or development required is chargeable separately under our range of Professional Services.
5. WebAspect will endeavour to keep your web site available at all times and backed up weekly. However, WebAspect Limited will not be responsible for any loss of service or loss of web site content.
6. WebAspect Limited charge no set-up fee for the web site, and offer free hosting for a maximum of 3 months. After this time web site hosting will be chargeable, depending upon services used, from £5 per month.
7. If you have requested your own web site domain (e.g. www.mycompany.co.uk) then this will be offered subject to availability of the name from just £0.75 per month with a minimum of 12 months payable in advance.
8. If you have requested your own e-mail address then this will be offered subject to availability of the name from just £0.50 per month with a minimum of 12 months payable in advance.
